The public information office is your primary point of contact within the hospital. It is designed to make your visit be as worry free and as easy as possible. It serves as your personal advocate that works to identify the needed resources to properly handle your inquiries, requests, and complaints.
The public information office has two information desks located inside both the entrance of the Main Building and the Annex I. Both desks are manned with Hospital Customer Service Representatives (HCSRs) and they will be very happy to attend to your requests and direct you to your destination.
