for the

  • Supply, delivery and installation of one (1) unit Urodynamics Voiding Dysfunction Machine
  • Supply and delivery of one (1) set Endoscopes (Gastroscopes, Colonoscope and Duodenoscope)
  • Supply and delivery of two (2) units Defibrilator with Monitor
  • Supply and delivery of twenty five (25) units Infusion Pumps
  • Supply of one (1) whole lot or package of two (2) units Modular (Minimally Invasive Operating Room Suites) complete with OR Equipment, Facilities, Accessories and Interior Finishes

The National Kidney and Transplant Institute (NKTI) intends to apply the sum as specified below being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under various ITBs.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.

The complete set of Eligibility Requirements and Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders upon payment of a nonrefundable fee indicated above and for the Certificate of Supplier’s Registration in the amount of P1,600.00.

For further prefect details, please visit our website at www.nkti.gov.ph where you can view and download the complete Bidding Documents free of charge provided that the bidders shall pay the non-refundable price not later than the submission of their bids.

The bidding activities shall be held at the Claver P. Ramos Auditorium, G/F NKTI Main Building, East Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City

The Pre-Bid Conference shall be opened to all interested bidders, however, only those who have purchased the Bidding Documents may participate in the discussion at the said conference.

Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the afore-mentioned venue. Late bids shall not be accepted.

The National Kidney and Transplant Institute reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
