Time Commitment : |
The minimum commitment is 4 weeks of continuous training, Monday – Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
|
| Compensation : |
Volunteer positions are not paid.
|
Volunteers do not carry employee status (your participation will not result in any status as an employee of NKTI nor will you be entitled to any form of remuneration for your services).

| Volunteer Application Requirements : |

- Letter of intent addressed to the section's chief
- Resume with 2x2 ID picture
- Transcript of Records
- College Diploma
- Board Certificate
- Birth Certificate
- Result of Chest x-ray taken within the past 6 months

- Complete requirements must be submitted personally at the Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Section
|
| |
NOTE: All assignments to volunteer positions can be terminated at any time, by either party, with or without notice and with or without cause. No volunteer assignment is guaranteed for any specific period of time. |

| Affiliation / Training for Physical Therapy Interns |
| |
Kindly coordinate with the section’s chief Physical Therapist with regards to your interest, the contract guidelines, and other important matters pertaining to your affiliation in our institute. |
