The Pharmacist provides daily doses of pay inpatients to assure better monitoring of compliance and accurate charging of medications.

 
WARD PHARMACIST SERVICE

The Senior Pharmacist scans patient chart to monitor standing orders of drugs to assure the availability of drugs, and compliance to treatment regimen and administration.

 
PRE AND POST-TRANSPLANT PATIENT ORIENTATION

The Pharmacist joins a team which conducts general orientation to patients who are considered for transplants and to their donors and relatives.

 
PATIENT EDUCATION

The Pharmacist answers patients’ queries about medications and assists them to have priority medicines within their budget.

 
SPECIAL COMPOUNDING
We do compounding of special prescriptions of our transplant patients who may need special formulation of mouthwash, paper tablets, encapsulation, admixtures, and parenteral nutrition solution.

For our patients and those of nearby hospitals, we compound Tetracycline Solution.
