Pharmacy Division aims to provide a high level of pharmaceutical care to dialysis and transplant patients and the general clientele. The staff provides the medication needs and assures rational drug distribution to inpatients, outpatients, and hospital units through its Modified Unit Dose Medication System, Monitored Replacements, Ward Pharmacist Service and Patient Education. We also serve the need for immunosuppressant drugs for outpatients of the other hospitals. The Ward Pharmacists monitor compliance to treatment regimen of the inpatients.
We are accredited by the Department of Health to provide Hospital Pharmacy Internship Training to students of affiliated colleges/schools of Pharmacy. |
